I messed up and don't know how to delete it.. Oh well.. Hello, I'm new to the forums.. My hair is pretty short.. Under three inches.. And I'm going to be dreading my hair naturally.. I can't wait to see how it goes.. Any advice would be awesome... I just ordered shampoo from the site SE recommends to a lot of people.. So yep hello, and thanks in advance for any help :P

welcome u could have edited haha but hello nondescript person with short hair haha (sorta fits most short haired ppl) anywho start the process now it may dread shorter then expected then again it might not till 6 inches but thats ok let it go anyway

Lol thanks.. Yah just in the past week I've started... Does the temperature of water have any effect on the dreading process.? Hot vs cold? And I've read that drying my hair with a towel "violently".. So to say.. Can help.. Is that true?

What Britany said! The temp of the water had no effect on the dreading process, just the scalp.
