they look perfectly organic as dreads should. your doing great and looking great too. maybe bead up the loose straglres that are still longer if anything. they look beautiful and you should be proud of the progress your making 
Here's a pic of my hair today, about day 45. I get congos really bad on the back too, but that's just a part of the process i guess. Hopefully this makes you feel better because at the top there are no locks and I feel like it might look like what you think is your bald spot.
