natural dreads and work

im having trouble with this because my hair is crazy most days. at my work they wont let me wear a tam or bandana and my boss keeps giving me crap about how my hair looks unkept. is there any way i could get around this besides quitting. i need the money i live on my own and attend college.

You could use aloe to help keep it looking neat and tidy when you're at work.

If your hair is longer you can use an elastic band or something to put it up. That's just a thought.

it's not too long probably only 4-5 inches. i might try the aloe

tell yor boss that he could be sued for giving you crap would he dare give u crap over wearing a yamika or burka

thats true SE i just got back from work it's such a pain in the ass for minimum wage.

You can try bobby pins (if they'll fit) or try a cornrow-ish style at where you put your crown area up in elastics-- does not look as girly as that probably sounds lol.
