towel rubbings not really any better then just going naturalwhen you towel rub 1 day u create a knotty mess needing to be ripped apaert into sections then if u rub again u can rub away sall the knots u just creatted
instead put a wool sweater or wool blanket over your pillow and go to sleep
that will rub for u i9n your sleep
