yea id start over after getting your money back id recomend going natural it is the best but if not then twist and rip yourself what u got is gel twists that only works in aftrican hair like all salons..they screwed u
it will never dread that way (well unless u wash out all the gunk then it will fall apart and dread up naturally anyway)

Just do a B.S ACV rinse in a couple of days then put some more photos up. Go hard and get that gunk out you dont really have to restart just go with what you have now. If u comb them all out and restart again you will more than likely lose alot of hair . Any way up 2 u man
