nazarite wins court case against employer who fired him for not cutting hair

i was in a car today and on the radio was a news story about a man who was fired for not cutting his hair and won a court case citing religious rights

what i found funny was they said he was a member of an "obscure religious group called the nazarites"

obscure?

were not the nazarites pretty much the foundation of the jewish and christian faith as well as rastafarian?

just sorta shows how much of modernn christianity is so iout of touch with their own beliefs tha theyre not even aware of the nazarites

anyways thought the court case was interesting
