Ocean water

Well, I live 30 minutes Fromm the beach. Can I just bring home a gallon of ocean water? Or should I use home made sea salt mix? Just wondering. I take a dip i'm the ocean every Sunday after Paintball practice. Also i'm at 5 months now and it seems that progress has slowed all of the sudden. The last month they just got frizzier but not much else. Is this normal? Or is there an invisible progress I can't see?

I wouldn't bottle ocean water. Just buy sea salt at your local grocer. All progress is good progress. February will mark my 1 year dreadversary and my hair is still doing crazy frizzy things. It just takes time and patience.

swimming in the ocean once a week is plenty why bring some home
