we all know how bad waxes are in dreads well many locking gels are chemical and contain plastics in em!

they harden and buildup like wax

this new locking gel when applied to to loose unknotted hair will make it knotty in a hurry

when appliying it your hands dont even feel sticky! you dont even have to wash them!

the ingredients are:

distilled water, xantham gum, flax seed, pro-vitamin d5, lavender essential oil, patchoili essential oil, pine essential oil, orange essential oil, lemongrass essential oil

the orange oil may even help remove wax but its untested yet

she will try working on a wax remover soon.

vicki the creator of the gel put the gel on unknotted hair and in 4 days it dreaded! still lil fuzzy but its only 4 days old

the gel rinses out extremely easy with no residue buildup

i'm soo strapped for cash this month but next month i'll give it a go

ok its not yet ready to ship anyway i mean the development and testings done (might make an unscented version too)

but its so new she doesnt have any containers yet to put it in or labels made up or anything

and the sites need to be updated with it

so i'm guessing it will be a week or 2 b4 its ready to buy

shes bringing me a sample soon

as soon as shes got containers samples will be added to some new orders

i cant say every order gets a sample its not like that but most get samples of sameth or other (samples are generaly full size not sample size but i cant say all are)

ill try it on some loose hairs and report every few days

she will be posting pics soon of 4 day old natural dreads started by just adding gel

1 pic she tried pulling it apart to show how firmly dreaded it was and hard to pull apart!

P.S. I got my shampoo from them in the mail (Dragon's Blood) and they sent me a free sample of the Nag Champa--why didn't I get that to begin with, it smells SO GOOD argh.
