I have had my dreads for nearly a year now. They are deffinately mature dreads, but they have a COMPLETE layer of frizz around all of them. They don't seemed defined at all! What can I do to get this top layer of hair to join the rest of the dreads???

ignore it dreads always have frizz u cant get rid of it and only u notice it (u look too close)

just leave it alone
as u seperate u create frizz halo as it grows it dreads
use sea salt sometimes and it wll kick start the dreading
other then that..ignore it

aloe works well to tame frizz too a bit!
Did you go natural dreads or make them by hand? Hand made dreads will do that, coming undone because the knots arent as strong as natural knots, id wear a tam and use sea salt, better yet swim in an ocean.
