hard to say for sure but if any can it would be the detox the charcoal based deep cleanse, the problem is that lint fibres aren't exactly small like dirt and get intertwined with the hair ..kinda part of the dreads structure.

it might look funky when cut but its really not hurting you any, only when its on the surface does it matter

deep in the core theres not a whole lot of diference between lint and hair its basicly the same as your shirt and sheets.. when you wash your clothes your clothes are clean

lint is just cotton and wool fibers stuck in the dread as long as the fibers are themselves clean they won't hurt ya any
