Hey all. I have a question for anyone that may know. Why did Max Cavalera of sepultura/soulfly decide to grow Dreadlocks? Did he even decide to or did they just happen? I was googling around to find an answer but didn't see one. So I'm leaving this question here in case somebody happens to know. 1 he wanted to
2 he had hair
3 why not
4 the ladies love the dreeadies

After he left Sepultura, he started making more spiritual music. I'd guess his locks have some sort of spiritual connection. Maybe not in the way many of us do. But in a lack of caring about society, and more in aHindu/Buddhistway. Although he'd never call himself by any specific religion

He's got a huge uni-dread now hahaha and it seems like he couldn't be happier.
That guy changed the way i look at things taught me to be open my very first show was Sepultura in 1996 i think haha never was the same again
