That means only wash it 2-3 times a week with a shampoo/bar but can I get it wet at all in the showers in between , or shoul I wear a cap?

wwll u can wash every day but it wont dry when dreaded
so u dont want to wet it every day and u definately dont want to wear a cap u put a cap on its just like combing

No I mean like a shower cap there clear and very loose fitting, just to wear in the shower due to the fact I have school everyday and need a shower aha

Shower cap might actually trap some heat and steam in your hair for longer than you want? I imagine that as they lock up it would promote mold. I have to break this habit, too, just in case - we live in a humid area, so mold is no joke
