How LONG is TOO Long?!

My hair is the length of my back. and i am neglecting it. I dont think it would be an issue its will prob help. but i cant find anyones experience with letting such long hair go?


and my hair is REALLY think but mostly straight but when it gets wet its gets wavveyy. I Am stoked


does anyone have any input? =]

long hair dreads faster and shrinks more u will have to seperate lots 6too

There is such a thing as too short but not too long to dread. Sounds like your hair might be longer than mine was in the beginning. My hair was to my lower back and it shrank to shoulder length. It has taken over 4 years to get back to the original length.

cool yall ive only used a " hand brush" aka my hand hah for more than a year now but i just recently stop running my fingers through it and its haha different but my further question was going to be do yall think i would need to separate it more often. but nice eagles on top. im going to post pictures and looking forward from hearing and sharing with everyone.
