what you guys think

this is just a random video i found. what caused all the flat spots? could it have been prevented?

Hmm..yea I wonder too. My dreads at the nape of my neck are really flat and I wonder if they will ever round out. Maybe wrapping them would alter the shape over time??

I have some ends like that. I only got squiggles, kinks, and loops at the ends (I think because I had my hair pulled back in a pony 40 hrs a week for work...sometimes longer). Mine paddle ends aren't that big tho lol

palm rollings more damaging then usefull if u really dont like it put a bead or wtrap over it to squish it round but why it just makes them unique beautiful organic and original
