Should I wear this hat?

Got a quick question before I turn in for the night.. I found this beanie in my drawer.. Its 85% wool, 15% nylon.. Should I wear it to sleep? Will it help my dreads, hurt my dreads or make no difference? I just wasn't sure cause of the nylon.. Also its typical beanie size, not tam-sized, so it might be a little tight, but not too bad.. What do you guys think??

Too tight. If it actually did stay on your head while you slept you'd probably end up with a giant congo. You're much better off letting them be as free to move around as possible and only wearing tams and such when necessary.
