We all have found some lint in our dreads, and sometimes it can start to build up and go unnoticed for a while. Then you start seeing white stuff sticking out of your dreads, and you start investigating further. Maybe even tearing open your precious locks you've spent months or even years developing just to get at the lint. Don't fret, this is normal and will not damage your dreads, and as long as it is not mold or a build up of wax and such, you should not worry. People like myself with very dark hair do not like the white stuff in our dreads. So i have found a natural way to hide them instead of ruining your dreads picking them apart. Ready? a very strong brew of black tea,or even coffee. Take a tea bag and steep in just enough boiling water to make a very strong brew,i'm talking the least amount of water you can use and let chill in the fridge. After washing your hair , pour the solution On your hair as a rinse u may have to do this a few times,to get the color but it will dye your lint and will blend in with your hair color. And if you have red hair you can use cherry bark tea or tea with red Fruits, you can also use nutmeg and rhubarb root. This is an all natural way to hide your lint buildup in your dreads and add nice highlights as well--peace--
