my dreads are super itchy every other day, so I wash them (baking soda, I tried with and without vinegar, it doesn't seem to matter) any tips on going longer between washes? My dreads are 2 months old.

Use really cold water. Literally as cold as it will go. It's very unpleasant to begin with, but you get used to it after a couple of times. I'm actually starting to find it refreshing, in fact. It totally kills my itch and I haven't had any dandruff in weeks.

Try some antiseptic or astringent it worked for me. The one I am talking about is the one used to clean your face with a piece of cotton found anywhere. It worked great I just left it in till next wash. I use it very once in awhile.
