Hello fellow dreaders!!! I have recently begun hula hooping! It's so stress relieving and it's greatexercise! I am in love! I live on the Gulf Coast and it's starting to get super hot. So hot that after about 5 minutes of hooping I am dripping sweat and my locks are soaked with sweat. I usually wash my hair every other day, sometimes every other other day, but I've heard baby dreads shouldn't get wet a lot.
Is this alright for my dreads? I usually go out a few times a day, so my hair is getting wet a lot. It's sweat, so it's salty, but I already spray a sea salt spray on them. Should I stop the sea salt spray? I usually just leave my hair down, so my dreads are usually down. I haven't really learned any styling methods that could keep my hair out of my face, at least. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Much Peace and Love,
Elle
