I saw a youtube on dreadlocktruth and had to check this place out. I have had nappy hair for a little over three months now, and I would literally have to be rejected from multiple employment opportunities that I would love for me to cut them.I feel like I am on some kind of control relinquishment quest, and (sorry to get spiritual here) I am closer to God (or whatever you want to call it) because of it. I'm in school for a teaching credential, single subject English (LOVE), and hope to work in a dual immersion program some day. Go bilingual education!I'm a mom, three year old keeps me on my toes when school doesn't.Added the stoic pumpkin patch picture...that's my girl.
