K I think I can handle that. Thanks. :) One more question, I'm full of them. LOL Most of my hair is still undreaded/untangled. If I put beads in undreaded hair or wrap it with hemp will that hinder the process or help it...?

size i just grab a few different ones & figured they would fit eventually or can just be used in crafts later. you can find some simple wood ones at most craft stores (i got some little neutral colored ones from joanns) britany got some bigger & more colorful ones from hobby lobby ( http://www.hobbylobby.com/StoreLocator/ i don't have one near me tho, bummer)

i can't really get beads to stay in, i've tried tighter ones but if i can get it on the hair it can still slide on out lol.

wraps are my new best friend. I did a few open wraps & 1 closed one. the open wraps fell off in a day or 2 & while the sections stayed together & *maybe* stuck a little better the closed wrap stayed on for a few days & i took it off (i bet it would have stayed in there for a long while) & it left me a nice tight section with my first knotting! I'm willing to bet this section will start to loop soon too, the difference was huge to me, I stuck a bead on & it stayed all day today! Once i get back from my trip I'm doing several closed & some open wraps, & trying to find some good lucky tight beads to throw in there too :)

Etsy is another good site. Most of the people there will either give you definite hole sizes or at least tell you what they'll fit over (like pencil sized locks or sharpie sized). But it's trial and error. If you locks are normal sized, most will fit over them. Really thin and really fat locks are the hardest to find beads for. But wraps are fun, too. I just started putting wraps on mine
