How can i mature my dead faster?

My friend gave me a dread the other day and i want to know how to knot up faster with out wax.

No way to really make it mature faster without murdering your hair(including wax) just leave it and it will dread in it's own time

because there are lots of loss hairs in my dread and i dont know how to get rid of them

that looks perfectly fine...you have to give it time..it's not gonna be mature in a week...even a month. 6-12 months it took my whole head to be even slightly matured

something I've seen among my friends is that the more work you do to your locks, the longer it takes them to mature. That lock in the picture is ready to be left alone and it will do what it is supposed to do with love and time.

just let it dread
