Hey, I'm Jenna. I'm from Oregon. After about 3 years contemplating dreads, I finally did it! My little dread babies are a month old now, and I am so happy I got them started. I backcombed them a little bit to get them started (if I didn't my hair would just lump into one big dread because it was so curly and frizzy!), then just let them do their own thing, and they are progressing beautifully. A few are splitting apart, and some growing together. I am so excited to see what they decide to do!
