2 Week old natural dreads and 6 Questions?

1. Id like to dye my hair Red using Manic Panic hair dye do I dye my hair like I would normally? Im not going to do any pre lightening.

2. Split ends? I easily get split ends How do I naturally prevent this?

3. Oily Hair. I am now on week 2 and my hair is very oily feeling after I wash it my hair feels like there's soap still in it and it dried my scalp feels fine but my hair just feels grungy how do I get rid of this, is this normal?

4. I us Dr.Bronners Tea Tree Magic Soap whats the best way to use it on my hair? is there any extra tips I should be doing?

5. I have Sea Salt and I have Baking Soda....How do I use it? lol

6. Ive watched in youtube videos that you should keep your dreads away from moisture after a shower how do i dry them out with out a tam?

What oils would be best?

....ahhh don't dye your hair....you'll prolly regret it if u keep your dreads for a long time....split ends are helpful w/ dreads.....your washing your hair toooooo often if oily (cpl times a week @ most)....just wash w/ non residue shampoo.

1 wouldnt dye em! if u must only dye the outside and rinse like crazy

2 split ends are caused by combing dont comb no more split ends

3oily hair is being causded by your water and bronners bronners is oure soap soaps dont rinse well in hard warer unles theres detergents ort beer or other agents added like borax switch to the dreadlockshampoo.com sshampoosor the baking soda

4 bronners should be diluterd 12 times more water then soap but stiklo in hard water will leave u oily feelinfg so use distilled water to rinse or add borax or switch to something that works in your water

5 1 tablesp[oon baking soda per cup water lil less sea salt pour on soak 10 min then rinse then sanme or lil less acv in water pour on erinse right away

6 air sdry never put em in a tam damp

What is Borax?

and number 5 having a little bit of difficulty understanding how to do that 0.o

borax is um im not sure what it is haha its a white powder i know if u sprinkle it along basedboards where cockroaches gather it kills em other then that it i guess breaks down the fats and oils in soaps making them more like detergents u can probly get it at like..hardware stores i guess?

for u id use 3 or 4 cups water or a small pitcher

add 4 or 5 tablespoons baking soda maybe 3 tablespoons sea salt

stir

poy]\ur over wet hair

sit around staring at the wall for 10 minutes

then rinse

then add maybd 3 tablespoons acv (apple cider vinager) in the same ammount warer

pou over head then rinse right away

u can add a few drops essential oils to each or just the bs
