Washing Baby Dreads.

I'm gonna be seeing the guy I like for the first time in a month on Friday. So Thursday I want to wash my hair really well. My dreads vary from back combed dreads that are almost three months old and locking very well, to almost 2 month old natty dreads on top of my head. Their is still a lot of loose hair and they are in a very awkward stage, I want to know how to wash them well with what I have available- baking soda/water/tea tree oil/sea salt/white vinegar and also how I should dry them so they won't be really frizzy or anything like that.

Theattachedpicture is what they look like currently.
