I have 3 week old dreads and im curious when i can start to blunt my dreads.

I believe blunting you can do once they are actually mature which will take a few months. But thing carefully about it...Blunted tips can hold in water when strait tips let it flow out. If they hold water in and take longer to dry you can have possible complications. Im sure you can read more about it on here I am no expert =)

Some of your tips may blunt naturally. I am close to a year now and some are blunted at the ends...one or two I tried blunting the tips a few months back and although some hairs backed out for the most part they stayed. I would definitely wait a few months before doing it.

Alright Thanks I was thinking about waiting 2-3 months but it all depends on how mature they are when i decide to do it.
