Hoopin Help

I just started hooping!!! im totally in love but of course i totally fail and cannot keep the hoop up for more than 4 spins. My hoop has a bazillion layers of duct tape to make it heavier, and im getting a weighted hoop soon. I was just wondering if anyone had tips for me to help me hoop? Thank you so much! Much love
