so as i am going on m journey when i wash my hair and get out of the shower before drying i see all of these white dots in my hair and i was wondering how to get rid of it, im not sure if its dandruff or what but i really dont want it in my hair if i can help it. Or is this just a normal part of the whole dreading process

dandruff...at least I think
did u backcomb agressivley is it attached to the ends (pulled out roots) of soime hairs or is it actual flakes on the scalp that fall out when u scratch
if flakes use the baking soda acv teatree rosemary pepermint mix and most likeky will be gone

oh your goin natural so more likely dandruff so try that if that dont help add a freezing cold rinse andf try a high pressure rinse too

are you using the baking soda wash?
If you are, make sure when you mix the BS and water, that the water is HOT.
