Ways to tye dreads without rubber bands etc.
u have dreads tie em with the dreads not rubber bands
u never wanna use rubber bands
dreads are the perfect solution
tie 1 or 2 round and tuck under pull tight (gently)

yah if you need to use some sort hair tye use a scrunchie or something thats looseish and thick, or just a hairband / dreadband. i used hair tyes with mine for like 8 months and i realized that it was causing the areas by the hair tye on each dread on my head to loop up and generally lock up bad needlessly, like the hair was restricted so it couldnt dread from the pressure points.
