knottyboy cooling moisture spray

HiI have used Knotty Boy cooling Moisture Spray peppermint for itchy scalp and dry dread relief in the past and I love this stuff. However, I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for something similar that I can make myself----I really can't afford Knotty Boy anymorethanksLisa

pepermint and rosemary oils and water real simple add teatree if u wantor use the baking soda wash and u wint need it at allwhy itch if u dont need to
