Ripping Dreads

So out of curiosity, when is the best time to "rip" your dreads to keep em in proper sections? When hair is wet or dry? Or does it even matter? Hair like mine is prone to breakage to begin with thats why i ask. Happy Almost Halloween!

It doesn't make alot of diffrence weather you rip your dreads when they are dry or wet. But it is offen easer to rip them just after they have been washed.

I had an easier time ripping when wet, but I've also found it easier to buy one of those single blade eyebrow trimmers to slide into hard to reach places. You have to be really really careful with those blades though!
