what does the baking soda do? ive had dreads for a week now where do you get natural bar soap? how often do you wash them? Knottysleeves said:
The baking wash is best.
Dr Bronner's works for some people.
I alternate between the baking soda wash and a natural bar soap. The soap makes my roots dread like crazy.

Dr Bronner's I hear is good but it depends on where you live. Certain water types make it leave a residue so that doesn't work.Baking soda and acv rinse is what I use and it works greatShampoo bars from the dread shops here I hear are good too. I'm currently waiting for my order to arrive Tomasu said:
