Moldy dready question

I couldnt find the anwser anywhere so if this is a repeat sry.If i had mold in my dreads would i be able to see it?I have this link llooking stuff that looks like its oozing out in some places....I dont see how i could be link unless its been there since the very beginning....thanks

you probly cant see it unless its pretty bad its most likely just on the insidei have lint all over mine from dragging on the ground (concidering dying em the color of my dreads_)mold tho when damp will cause a funky smell
