yea i tell ppl if they are going to use sea salt use it about as often as the average person gets to the beach..which typically isn't very often
just 1 day at the beach makes such a difference
god its been so incredibly hot here i wish i could get to the beach asap

they will be happy they love salt water but not if its left in too long

This leads me to a question how often exactly would you recommend using a sea salt spray if one decides to use it?
I'm curious also now, because I live very close to the beach and go quite often.

You don't need it often
weekly at most, or less
if your at the beach more often then that you might need to lightl,y condition to prevent overdrying

pure aloe straight from the plant, or jojoba or argon oils orcoconut but its better to not use the salt and not need conditioner
if u must condition do bare minimum until mature then you can ujse as much ass u need
