okay to get hair wet everyday when neglecting?

So i dont wash my hair everyday but i definitely do get it wet in the shower.

Not sure if this helps or slows down the process so i was just wondering everyones thoughts.

Should i just continue how ive been doing or perhaps buy a shower cap?

its fine but once dreaded your not gonna wanna do tat or it will never dry so u migt wanna stop wetting it daily..

Idk i've been going natural for about 2 and a half months and I get my hair wet everyday in the shower, it's fine for me but the only downside is that it stays damp all day long. so Idk it's kinda up to you, I don't think it slows the process at all.

I've only been dreading about 5 months now but have always had long hair and I shower daily with no problems at all, just cleaner hair.
