Dread with very thin roots

I have this one dread that is pretty loopy and thick at the bottom but the upper part is so thin. It's been that way for awhile and hasn't broken off yet. There is a lot of loose hair around it so I was hoping it would suck some of that into it and thicken up but it hasn't happened. I'm attaching a pic of it. Do you think it will snap off? It's cute it just always makes me nervous haha

probably will just continue to dread as the rooys dread..but it might snap off too its hard to sat its nort so much thun roots as it is just undreaded the dreaded parts thin too exceot a really loopy part that formed the bumpy thicker ends

when the roots dread they will be as thin as the dreaded part above hat lumpy area

i kinda doubt it will break but it could if pulled on or layed on or caught on something if it stays attached long enough it will be fine
