How often should I use an herbal rinse?

I'm a big fan of rosemary/sage/basil/tea tree/lavender hair rinse. I don't want to over clean or over condition my hair as it is trying to lock. How often should I use an herbal rinse to assist the natural process? How much is enough, and how much is too much? Any other herbs or oils you guys recommend?

u can use that as often as u want every wash id fone if using essentual oils a few drops is plenty
