this is what ive been using to dry my dreads in winter

my dreads are probably going on 6-7 feet maybe so i just drape em over and blow and air dry

takes awhile so i make sure the tops good n dry

and set it next to the bed at night and drape em over real spread out with a fan on em

works real well to keep em spread out and let the air get to them

and gotta say love that fresh clean (drogonblood scented) feeling of freshly washed drying dreads

got em hangin over this now so thought id share the tip for the few out there whos dreads are below the knees or floor

That's a cool idea. Just out of curiosity...how long does it take for your hair to dry? Mine take about 5 hours.

I've always wondered about how you get your dreads dry SE. :D That's a smart technique, maybe one day I'll have awesome long dreads and use this!
