ho everyone!
I have hip-long hair (they're still a long way from dreading) and I noticed that after it has been slept on, it's more tangled in the morning. It's probably because of sweating, because when I have my hair between my back and the bed sheet it can get really warm during the night.
Anyway, tangling will help the dreading process, right? But will sleeping on my dreads cause unnecessary stress on my hair? And the little bit of sweat that accumulates in my hair probably won't help either, right?
Could anyone shed some light on this?
