Heyy just uploaded some more photos. It seems like some of my hair is beginning to dread nicely while most of it remains completely straight. I've got 2 or three thickening up pretty good then a few babies here and there. Naturally I have very straight and oily hair, so it seems like the process will require more patience, but hey its about the journey right?!
I tried beads a couple of times but it seemed like they were getting in the way of the dreading process? I dunno, it was good to prevent sections locking together it seemed like.
I checked out your pics. Looks like its sectioning out well.

For 1 month I'd say the progress your hairs makin is awesome!
Mine is goin well. I been wearin my hair up in a wool beanie and it seems to help get things movin along:)
As for the showering.. I do a little bit of both actually, I dunno if it matters much. Then I pat dry with a microfiber towel.

it varies on some thick ones dread faster on others the thin ones do
