A lot of people are a little nervous about their first Bikram class. As long as you just take it easy you will be fine I always encourage my newbies to sit down and take breaks....once you are more acclimated to the heat you will be able to do all the postures. Where do you live Dee?

welcome you should be aware crochets horrible for dreads but as long as u throw away the hook you'll be fine just never ever use it for maintenance
