Hi Danny. You were getting a build up on your scalp & the baking soda at proper strength is removing it. So maybe after your next wash, and rinse, soak you head in the tub for awhile and let any pieces float out, then rinse again when you are done. Once it all comes off the scalp you should be fine.
Danny, The ratio for Baking Soda wash is 1/2 cup BS to 1.18 liter water, leave on for 10- 20 minutes and rinse really well, then do the Apple Cider Vinegar rinse of 1 capful to 1.18 liter of water, leave on for only 1 minute and rinse. (Saw you question in the chat room)
Hi Danny. The ideal length for hair to start dreading is 6 inches, your 3-4inch hair will separate, but just may take some time to dread. There is a product called Biotin which promotes hair growth. Take it for 3 months and you will notice a difference, your hair will GROW in length. It can be purchase at any drug store for under $10, money well spent.
