its very bad for the roots to do thsat just seoperate them and nothing else
if u keep doing that u will weaken them
the best thing u can do is leave em alone seperate if they join together and nothing else ever
try it 6 months and see for yourdself
but u will need time for them to adjust for the hairs to decide where they want to be
u see u forced your will over the hairs by forcing sectuiining instead of alowing natural sectioning so the hairs will want to go where they want4ed to be
ypur still forcing the,m instead of alowing them
u need to let them go where they want to go if they combine 2 break the connecting hairs and the new ones will go where they belonged in the 1st place
it will take some time for they to sort out but they will
