Yeah I basically did something like what SE said, just twisted the smaller part of the end down really small and forced the majority of it through. Some of the hair won't go but if you pull it through (and do it right down close to the end) you can usually get it on. It was harder during the stage this pic was taken. Now that they are going on 8 weeks it's usually easier.
take a thread make a loop flatten the loop put through the bead
suck on the tip of the dread so it makes a point (if theres a couple hairs that prevent it going through repeatedly i might nibble em off ) now put that wet pointey tip into the loop try to catch it pretty close to the very end now pull through grit the tip ass tight as u can and force the bead upwards to it sticks
it will find a home if it slides to the root u need a thicker dread or thinner bead

how did you get the beads on? mine are 2 weeks old with whispy ends like that and I cant figure out how to get beads on :0)
