But the reward for having patience and letting them be and mature and grow is wickedly awesome dreads. If you have any questions, the dreaducation page will get you off to a great start. Also, searching up timelines will let you see other members dreads at the same month as yours. Thanks for the pics, they help other members just starting their journey so they know what to expect. Keeping them clean and sea salt sprays helps them dread quicker. Other than that, all you need to do is separate any sections trying to join together, best to do it with wet hair.
My tip for you is to purchase a towel the same colour as your hair, dreads love towel lint, it is unavoidable, so if its the same colour its not noticable. Enjoy your wild journey.....Peace

Welcome to the community Johnny Bravo. When your hair grows longer, you will see the dreads forming, for now they will do the separating and mapping out your dreads. When your hair is wet, just shake it or pat it gently with a towel...Peace
Welcome. What method did you use to start your locks? I'm not sure what that "hair food" is, but most likely, it doesn't actually do anything for your locks. It probably leaves tons of residue in there, which is really bad for dreadlocks
