well even lightly i wouldn't bother palm rolling and especially not root rubbing!
other then that your doing fine and seem to know what to watch out for (you've been here before I'm guessing haha)
just a heads up the sea salt will dry the hair out if your using that then thinking you need oils just stop using the sea salt
