i have a dear dear freind whos agoraphobic with extreme anxiety and the most shy person u ever met she cuts her head of all her photos cauise she doesnt want to be seen but has long beautiful red locks and runs a business selling clothes she designs and is well known for all over the place so its a struggle for her to be both visable and hidden at the same time so i guess that sortas relates

welcome at least u didnt use wax or lock peppa

not to get too personal but how is it having dreads and aspergers (just curiuys cause ive known a couple ppl with aspergers and they tended to only wear 2 styles and base their styles on other ppl imitating them as well as constantly feeling like they were being scrutinized or judged on appearance..im guessing that dreading could go either way intensifying those feelings or .. trivializing them making them have less power over you i know other issues that have body image components dreading can cure so i sorta wonder about your experience an d howe good it will be for you

Welcome..how much wax did you use?? I really hate to say it but there's nothing natural about wax.Natural is letting the hair dread naturally...You should remove the wax as soon as possible. A member here has found a product that is great at removing it.Wax will build up inside the dreads, even a few uses will create buildup that lasts years. Read the link at the top titled DREAD WAX TRUTH and then DREAD WAX REMOVAL and you'll see what I meanBest of luck!! :)
