welcome ya crochets a horible method that takes like 6 months to recover from if u only do it the 1 time throw the hook away and let em recover

Welcome. But Crocheting is very damaging to your locks. It breaks hairs into smaller and smaller pieces making them frizzier in the long run and weaker and weaker in the short run. You can end up with parts of your locks not attached to your scalp/ They can snap off under their own weight as they get longer and heavier.

And Palm rolling will only do 1 of 2 things. It'll either do nothing and will need to be repeated every day in order to get a few hours of them looking clean, or, if you do it a lot, you will irrevocably damage your roots. Check out my video on why not to palm roll
