welcome i would really recomend you stop twisting altogether..and wwssh lil more ofteb=n ..or alot more often when u say 3..u mean 3 months or 3 years?
looks lil shi=ort for 3 years but then again i have a freind with yiur type hair we started our dreads at the same time
his are just 4 inches past his shoulders maybe..8 i dunno..mine are a foot past my toes..so it can grow t drasticly different rates..haga
