yes most people make themselves go bald with it

but its nit a good method for any hair type evrr

every interlock points a minumum of 35% weaker with no shock absorbtion it becomes a snap point where instead of stretching elasticly it cant take the shock and snaps

i have known tens ..maybe hundreds of thousands who interlocked

i have met exactly 3 that it didnt cause odbvios serius harm

maybe your 4 i dont know

but think about it if doing it to much is devestating diing it at all is still harmful just lil less so

now anything "works" better then palm rolling cause palm rolling does nothing at all

but nothing needs to be done

if you stop now

they will survive and thrive

butthe harm the weak spots ..they are permenent u cannot fix interlocking damage

u cannot recover

u can only stop and hope for the best

but i guarantee that stopping is the best thing you will ever do for them
