u gotta leave em alone palm rolling does nothing twisting is fir african hair only but twisting causes traction alopecka..and balding
just leave em alobe they will dread by doing nothing
Welcome. Palm rolling that infrequently won't create any lasting knots. It does make them look neater for a few hours. But nothing lasting. If you do it enough to see knots form, it will actually dodevastatingharm to your roots.
